Golf
Play golf on a magnificent course with a distant view of the Tokachi Mountain Range.
Archery
Zen philosophy has its roots here, in the land of the rising sun. Draw inspiration from its calm approach as you step onto the archery range. In the background lies the rolling greenery of the Hidaka mountains. And in front of them, your target. Learn how to aim and fire, and share memorable moments as you practice with your family. Your G.O®s can point you in the right direction when it comes to improving your aim.
Trapeze & Circus
This wooded mountain region in the centre of Hokkaido boasts huge skies and unspoilt nature. This hideaway is 500 metres above sea level, and a perfect place to try aerial acrobatics. The flying trapeze and your G.O®s await you at the entrance to the Resort. With the Hidaka mountains in the background, set your sights on new heights.
Biking
With the milder weather, forests and flower-strewn grasslands emerge on the slopes of Mount Tomamu, inviting you to explore. Grab a mountain bike and satisfy your thirst for adventure as you travel through the unspoilt landscape. Your G.O® will teach you how to master the technical aspects of the mountain terrain. Braking effectively, the best way to handle bumps and more: you'll soon be ready to speed up and down the paths.
Fitness
Open your eyes wide and take a deep breath in. The air is as fresh as the landscape is inspiring. Make the most of it and create your own well-being programme. Relax and tone with our daily sessions. Complete your exercise routine with a visit to the cardio training room, available all day.
Tennis
Improve your game in the Japanese mountains. The tennis courts are just a 5 minute walk from the centre of the Resort, towards the summit of Mount Tomamu. If you prefer, shuttle can take you there in the blink of an eye. Perfect your shots with our lessons. You can also book the courts for games with family or friends.
Hiking
In summer, the foothills of Mount Tomamu are covered in multicoloured flowers, their fragrances filling the air. The forest and grasslands are also a haven for animals. Discover the local flora and fauna on one of our themed hikes. Find your rhythm as you follow in the footsteps of your instructor with Nordic walking. Discovering the enthralling surroundings is as simple as putting one foot in front of the other.
Entertainment
After a day in the fresh air, it's time to return to the Resort. The fun is far from over. Why not sit and chat in the Unkai bar? Relax to the gentle music as you look out at the spectacular view from the fourth floor. In the evenings, your G.O®s put on a show. From dance to comedy, not to mention traditional Japanese performance, you're sure to be entertained.
Swimming Pool
Feel like swimming a few lengths or playing around in the water? Access Mina-Mina Beach whenever you like, the biggest indoor wave pool in Japan. Located right opposite the Resort, it offers you and your friends and family the chance to indulge in pure pleasure.Closed in April and May and October and November.Please refer to Mina Mina’s website for more information on the etiquette and operation hours.

At an elevation of more than 1,000m above sea level, Unkai Terrace offers the most spectacular view of a sea of clouds spreading on top of Hokkaido Mountains.
