Find out what hides below the island's crystal-clear waters. This "on demand" activity reveals the treasures of the Indian Ocean. Wonder at the striking manta rays. If you're lucky, you might come across the famous whale shark. Watch as schools of multicoloured fish sweep past and admire the beautiful corals and dive into a fascinating new world.
Surfing
Thrill seekers can take on the ocean. The rollers are waiting for you, beckoning you to glide over the water. Learn or relearn the basics and improve your technique. Tackle every wave as you stand on your board and soak in the sensations.Hire a board, and take a boat ride to the best waves. Ninja, Sultan, Cock or Chicken, explore this surfer's paradise. Follow our edutainment underwater trail - Uncover the magic of the sea while you snorkel on our MobiReef snorkelling tour Club Med Kani has partnered with SM² Solutions Marines to create a fun, educational underwater trail, the only one of its kind in the Maldives. Follow our marine biologist as they take you on an exciting snorkeling tour only 50m from the resort where you’ll learn about marine life, how to preserve it, and to understand the importance of Kani’s diverse flora and fauna. Here, you will learn about underwater life like clownfish, small fish, grouper, snappers, box fishes, and a variety of soft and hard coral. You will visit a number of reefs brimming with life and discover signs with helpful information and games about all that surrounds you.
