The accommodation was fine, with a good atmosphere in the common areas and events going on in the evenings and lunchtimes. The staff were friendly and helpful - particularly when dealing with one of our party taking ill. We made good use of the buffet, and there was plenty of choice, though perhaps more limited for vegetarians/vegans or GF options. The desserts were always just too tempting! The boot lockers were beneath the hotel and provided sufficient space to change into ski gear, however the steps up to the slope were fairly steep, and could be tricky to negotiate in ski boots. It was a bit of a slog to get to the ski-school through the streets. The hotel was family friendly with a ski nursery under the hotel (alongside the boot lockers) and a childrens ski area just outside. This does mean that mealtimes had a number of children wandering through the buffet and around the tables.

Really good, the hotel facilities are great. The staff were lovely, and we had no issues at all. Reception was busy and the language barrier between the French was a little tough as our rooms were slightly muddled but eventually, we got there! And room allocation was not correct. You can’t fault the food, masses of it and suits everyone, as well as the drinks. Ski and ski ski out. Ski shop was on site and that was great! Facilities were excellent. Can’t complain.
