Amazing hotel, staff couldn’t have been more helpful if they tried

We had a wonderful week!
The hotel itself is traditionally Austrian and beautifully decorated. Our room was lovely and we had a really nice bath.
There’s a lovely spa area which had different types of steam rooms as well as a gym.
The hotel staff were particularly helpful as we went skiing on a week when it was 21 degrees, Zell am See is really close to the glacier and they arranged for us to have transfers there so we could still ski. On a couple of days they arranged for bikes to be brought to us so we could cycle around the lake. I run and they were amazing with giving me maps and showing me where to go. My husband has quite severe allergies which can be quite stressful when you’re away from home, but every member of staff knew about it and they even brought in specially made food which they had sourced from somewhere else – it was the best we’d ever had and all the other guests were jealous!
Everyone was so lovely and they made such and effort – they really couldn’t have done more.
