Ok, but not for vegeterians

Ok, dated but cosy hotel. Liked the location. Sno staff were good before and after. Sno booked through Inghams. Was assured in advance that vegetarians and vegans would be catered for (checked a number of times before booking). They absolutely were not. Treatment by Inghams since is totally dissatisfactory. Has been drawn out, difficult and patronising. My first time ever complaining during/after a holiday and has left a bad taste (more so than the experience in resort). Better to book room only / B&B and then decide if you want to eat there

This is a really good hotel and we both had a great stay.
It’s quite a quirky place; the staff were all very good and the half board food was excellent.
You can ski out and ski back so getting to the slopes is very easy.
The hotel isn’t in the middle of the town so there weren’t any problems with noise, but it’s close enough that you can get to the main bars and restaurants easily (a 300m walk in the snow).
