Laid back, comfortable hotel - must visit

You have to go to the Chateau if you’re in the area, even if you just go for a cup of tea in the lounge! If you are staying here, they do a sunrise call, just as the sun’s about to come over the glacier. It’s stunning! All the Fairmont properties have their own Labrador and you can book and take them out for a walk around the lake which is lovely – especially if you have children.
