Amazing!

The Hotel is amazing! Been here 2 years running now. Its situated perfectly between Les Arcs and La Plagne. Hotel is a great size too. Its not massive, so its feels more personal. It was our 3rd club med holiday now. The food is a highlight. It works very well for us with all the different stations and options. Good variety for the kids too. It was ski in/out, gondola very close by as well. Gentle piste back down to the hotel which is good for the kids and sore legs at the end of the day. Can’t fault club med and will be going again in the future, whether that’s a ski or summer holiday.

Good friendly staff, the resort was a bit tired and old. Childcare worked well apart from the teens group lessons left at a different time to the adults, meaning an adult had to wait an extra ½ an hour to make sure the kids got to the lessons okay.
Food was good, a bug went round but the cleaning staff were very diligent and kept everything as clean and tidy as possible.
Door step skiing in Les Arcs, it offered a good number of slopes for all abilities which meant all standards could get around the mountain on a variety of different runs.
Another great Club Med holiday, which all ran as expected just maybe one of the more older Club Meds. Already looking for something similar next year.

Situated perfectly between Les Arcs and La Plagne. Hotel not too big which is better for us. Bruno the manager was fantastic, they misplaced our cases but were very helpful and gave us some freebies for the trouble.
It was our 2nd club med holiday. The food is why we go! The food is the best. It works very well for us with all the different station and options. Good variety for the kids too.
It was ski in/out which was amazing. 50m away from the gondola that goes to La Plagne, you can walk it without putting skis on. Gentle slope back down to the hotel which is good for the kids.

We would just recommend Club Med! We will be looking to go the same hotel again next season.

It was good, we all really loved it.
The rooms were really good and the staff were lovely.
It was all super easy and we had a great time.
The food was all good, we were pleased with it. There was lots of choice and plenty of food.
It was ski in/ski out, very easy to get on the slopes and to ski back.
We got to the hotel late and ended up hiring skis in the hotel because it was just easier, but there are ski hire shops close by.

Hotel charming, in a chalet-esque intimate way. Food was absolutely outstanding.
Went to Panorama to eat which we liked, as everything at Peisey is a bit smaller.
Very well organised. Bad air circulation in hotel. Units above the beds, limited controls, rooms way too hot, slept every night with window open, 3 days into holiday would wake up with a sore throat and other people in the group would say the same thing, would lose voice on some nights.
Fine all day until got back into the room.
Being in 5* resort but a Premier Inn room, lots of cupboard space, shower not great, not as plush as Panorama. Would always go back to Les Arc panaroma and pay more money, massive difference.
Bit of a mess in ski lessons, several lessons of the same level but didn’t split the lessons based on languages.
Went in with lots of french people, instructor only spoke in french, so moved down a level to be in an English speaking group.
First 3 days in avalanche off piste group, charming teacher but didn’t get anything from him.
Moved to English/french teacher – videoing improvement, so good got her teach wife privately – she was called Cam.
Boot room, lockers work well. Very good access very well located, better than panorama you can go to La Plagne in 10 minutes.
