Amazing food & wine

A brilliant week! Sam was fantastic and the cooking was extraordinarily good, with amazing wine too! We normally go to high end Austrian spa hotels so this was a totally different experience but we loved it. Accommodation was small but perfectly adequate – only thing was having to go across the hall to the toilet but it wasn’t too bad. The social areas were good. The location of the chalet is really good for access to the slopes/town. All the people were friendly which really made the holiday.

Central enough for fun, quiet enough for peace

Very comfortable and in a great location, this is a brilliant place to choose if you love to lounge with a good book or chat over a drink after a day on the piste. Just over four hundred yards from the piste and village centre, it is modern but with a classic wood and tile theme and open fire place; a perfect environment to unwind after a long day. Ask your host where's good to eat in town and book early for the chalet boy's/girls' day off, so your dining-out day is sorted well in advance.

A nice spot and well priced

A little bit more old fashioned than it looks in the photos, but the chalet has a room that looks over the kitchen / living area which is different and a we quite liked. There is a nice open living area which was designed perfectly for hanging out together, and shared wc/shower facilities downstairs. I think its one of those older chalets where you get slightly better value because its not so fancy in terms of décor etc. so you're paying for location and service rather than posh décor
