Home from home

Matt was exceptional. The food was fantastic. A full cooked breakfast was available every morning, and he did a pastry run every morning for those of us who preferred a croissant. He even pureed food for the babies. It was a really home from home experience. The atmosphere was relaxed and Matt was involved without being intrusive.

This was the first time we had been away as a family with babies, and our needs have therefore changed. The experience we had in a catered chalet with creche facilities on our doorstep made our overall experience exceptional .

Matt and Emily = Brilliant

Emily and Matt were like members of the family by the end of our week - they were both brilliant. Matt was extremely helpful. Both went out of their way to meet our needs finding sledges from other chalets and organising ski school bookings etc.
