Smooth & efficient from start to finish

We had a fabulous time, the chalet was beautiful and in such a great location and everything from start to finish, ran smoothly and efficiently. As catered chalets go, this is totally incredible - plus having such amazing and friendly staff makes it unbeatable! Thanks so much to Rob, Mark (Chalet Hosts), Karl (Rep) and Richard (Resort Manager)!

Staff went above and beyond

We had Mark and Rob as our chalet hosts at the Chalet Marguerite in La Plagne. I cannot express enough how fantastic they were. They were so friendly and kind. I am vegetarian and they catered for my needs so well, I can honestly say you don't even find that standard of vegetarian food in a lot of restaurants! They really went above and beyond to look after us and cater for our every needs - booking dinner reservations, ordering extra bread in the mornings on our behalf so we could make our lunches. Their punctuality and efficiency was extraordinary and the chalet was always spick and span. Both Mark and Rob were faultless - you have got two incredible hosts on your hands there!

Nathan is possibly the best chef we have come across in any chalet we have stayed in to date. The food was excellent and nicely presented.
