Chalet Davos - A Val d'Isere Gem

Our chalet hosts Victoria & Lucy were excellent and always had a smile!! Nothing was too much trouble and their home baking for afternoon tea was fabulous. For us our double room was a bit snug and being both around 6 feet tall the low beams particularly in the shower were an unwanted obstacle. The Molton brown products were lovely but we could have done with replenishment through the week. The shuttle service to and from the Chalet was excellent, a friendly and efficient service. Overall a pleasurable experience and the Val d'Isere resort for skiing was just fantastic.

V well looked after

Victoria and Lucy looked after us exceptionally well during our stay. Both of them are great girls that went out of their way to make our holiday easy and comfortable. Food was good (especially the cakes!), weather perfect and skiing fantastic. Big thanks to the drivers for running us all over Val D'Isere too.

Forever sunshine

The resort was amazing. The chalet as well. The internet worked very well, which is very important. Amazing breakfasts. Dinner not always hot, there is some room for improvement here.

Enjoyable and relaxing

Thanks Lucy and Sam for a really enjoyable and relaxing week. You were both so welcoming, enthusiastic and are great chalet hosts. Thanks for the tasty food and plentiful wine, as well as our morning cups of tea. Lucy coped amazingly well when poor Sam was off ill for 48hrs. The chalet was very comfortable and bedroom 1 was real luxury. Enjoyed the hot tub and cinema room when it was snowing heavily. Thanks to all the drivers for lifts, never had to wait more than 10 mins or so- what a great service- no more lugging the skis around the village. Great conditions at end of week to top off a great week of skiing. Overall a very enjoyable week.

Delicious food, gorgeous chalet, great hosts, fab service. Can't say much more than that! Ed and Lucie smashed an amazing Christmas dinner too! Thanks so much :)
