Chalet a bit tired - too small for 14 should be 10 possibly 12 max. Food below average, no hot water for the bath in the evening boot warmers didn't work. No appetite from chalet staff to correct anything. No sound proofing between bedrooms. Pretty good location for the pistes.

...All the organisation worked perfectly with flights running to time and we were quickly sorted into the coaches and off to resort. The bottle of water and flapjack on the coach were really welcome and showed that the tour operator are putting in that bit extra effort to care for their guests. Millie and Dan our hosts at Cote Coeur were fantastic, so friendly and hard working but always smiling and willing to help with any request. Every meal produced was delicious but with such hearty portions we couldn't always manage to eat it all. With canapés and a cheeseboard too we definitely over indulged! The wine supplied was generous and of good quality and our group in the chalet really gelled which also made the evenings so enjoyable. I had wondered if La Tania would provide enough apres ski choices for the younger ones in our group but was confident from the website that there were options available - but in reality after a full day skiing plus great food and wine they just wanted to stay put in the chalet and relax too and we only ventured out on staff night off. The location of the chalet made it so easy to walk to the blue piste and ski down to the bubble lift and so we were quickly up the mountain each morning and similarly at the end of the day we could almost ski back to chalet. With blue skies and sunshine all week we all enjoyed sitting outside the mountain restaurants and soaking up the rays - perfect! The only downside - suddenly the week was over and now I've got the ski blues.

A last minute decision to catch some Easter snow and sunshine with family and friends delivered much more than we could have hoped. We've skied in the Trois Vallees many times and were expecting to have to take the telecabine back down the mountain from Bouc Blanc - but no! Amazingly, in spite of it being a very warm week at the end of April, those wonderful pisteurs managed the snow so well that we were able to ski back to the village every day. Having a chalet only 100 metres from the slope certainly helps at the end of a long day, particularly in energy sapping Spring snow. And what a chalet! Fabulous food, a cosy and comfortable traditional wooden Savoyard building, and a warm welcome from our hosts Chris and Emma really made Cote Coeur feel like a home from home. The hot tub was a great bonus, too, and the kids loved having access to lots of board games - the TV wasn't turned on all week. If you're looking for a great location and a comfortable and welcoming home from home this chalet is for you.

Dan and Millie looked after us in the most excellent way. Not only were they superb hosts but they provided some of the best Chalet cooking i have experienced any where The Chalet was scrupulously clean and nothing was too much trouble for Dan and Millie
The tour operator provided a well organized trip and could not be faulted.
The only downside in an otherwise excellent holiday was that the rooms in the chalet were rather Bijou and there was not enough seating in the lounge for all guests at 'canapé' time, without some having to sit at the benches used for the dining table. Additionally, chairs instead of benches at the dining table, would provide a better level of comfort to dawdle over the culinary delights served up by Dan and Millie.
This review would be 5* if not for the room sizes
There was another downside, and that was, that we eventually had to leave.
