Very good chalet location - & well looked after by cheerful & friendly staff Some food excellent, one or two meals lacking best ingredients eg beef en croute should have had better quality meat Sauna good if small & hot tub was better outside in Val D'isere

The location was perfect and facilities excellent. The Sauna and hot tub were a huge help after a hard days skiing. The staff were amazing, and Tom produced exceptional food every day. They all worked really hard to make this week memorable.

Every moment of the holiday was enjoyable. The staff were incredible as they had to wake up early to wake up the guests and still going for it in the evening. They never ate in front of us but I'm sure they had food before we got up and during the time we were away skiing. The chef always made wonderful food and it was always ready on time. The chalet itself is lovely and it is positioned in the best possible place (right next to the skiing (no buses)). The skiing was perfect and the weather was wonderful. Also the other guests made the holiday enjoyable. Overall it was the best I have ever experienced and it's way better than I could have ever imagined. Thank you so much to everyone but mostly the chalet staff and the people who made the chalet to enable easy skiing.

We had a very good and social holiday, (usually very good in chalets), although missed the ski hosting. Hosts in chalet were very good and helpful especially as Madeleine was training for the London Marathon. Given a choice we prefer the jacuzzi outside. We love the boot warmers and ski in/out.
