We had a fantastic time, the host was brilliant, really really good, and he knew when to look after us and when to leave us alone. We took four chefs with us so he had a bit of a thing on his hands, but the food was brilliant – from a chef’s perspective we knew it was good and knew it was fresh.
The actual building was fine, though a couple of bedrooms – one in particular – felt too small, with nowhere to put your luggage. It’s something they need to look at as it was a downside to the whole stay.
It was a bus ride into the resort, and we found it quite difficult to get to the bus stop. The buses were quick and we didn’t have to wait long, it was just a bit of an uphill trek to get there. A few days in we found a sign to some lockers at the bottom of slopes, the lockers were the best thing we found! We had to pay but it wasn’t a problem and the lockers are open to everyone. It made the walk so much easier. It is definitely worth knowing about these and using them!
