Anyone who’s skied in Italy is bound to mention the food, and there’s no better excuse than ‘because it’s Christmas’ to tuck into some seriously good meals. Special menus are provided in most restaurants and hotels to get you in the festive mood. Enjoy a glass of Bombardino in one of the resort’s many bars and pubs- an Italian twist on the classic Eggnog. A vin brule- otherwise known as mulled wine will also chase away any winter chills.
There’s loads to do here both on and off the mountains to keep all ages busy and entertained. Wrap up warm and spend an evening skating under the stars to the sounds of yuletide tunes or take to one of the forest trails for a winter walk if you fancy exploring the surroundings. Tubing is super fun for families and there are some really nice boutiques selling Italian fashion and leather goods if you need to buy some last minute pressies.
Book one of our flight and transfer packages for the double-quick travel time that you asked Santa for or pack the presents into the car for a scenic road trip to the mountains with one of our self-drive packages. Our ski specialists are ready and waiting on the other end of the phone to help you get your cool Yule planned and booked up.
