Anyone who has read the other sections of this text should have pieced together the fact that Les Diablerets is a mecca of the mountains, not of Mammon, so shopaholics should not expect to find much to entertain them on the village streets. That being said Les Diablerets offers the best of both worlds because Mammon does live just down the road in Gstaad, a 20 minute bus ride away (for Ski Gala Pass holders), so there's no need to miss out.
There are shops worth a visit in Les Diablerets of course, including several first rate ski shops (including Holiday Sport, Savino Sport, Snow Culture and Jacky Sports) and the Petit Diable butchers and dairy, selling wonderful cheeses seven days a week!
There's also a florists - Galerie Flower and a tea and chocolate shop, Thechocolat, which sells the nest hot chocolate in town.
