For big groups or families looking for that laid-back Swedish stay right by the ski slopes, the Tranangårdarna Apartments in Kläppen could be for you. These are ski-in, ski-out, and only a couple minutes’ walk from the nearest gondola – so you know that time on the mountain is top priority.

The apartments feel modern and in touch with nature, with light wooden furnishings and warm lighting. Each has one double bedroom and three sets of bunk beds, ideal for if you’re bringing out the whole gang. The kitchenette has a simple self-catering setup for easy meals in, and the living area has a flatscreen TV. Best of all, you have your own sauna – so post-piste wind-downs are sorted.

Eating out and going for après drinks is no problem either – Kläppen has a number of restaurants, bistros and bars all close by, so you can mix things up from evening to evening.

All apartments are non-smoking and have a flatscreen TV and heated boot rack as well as a kitchenette with an oven, hob, toaster, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Linen and end-of-stay cleaning are included.

3 bedroom apartment with sauna (approx.79m²) – sleeps 1-8: Double bedroom, three bunk beds, two private showers, two WCs and a private sauna.

One cot is available to hire, free of charge, on request. It is then approx. kr225 (£16.50) per cot, per day.
