In the hamlet Mazzin 5 km from the centre of Canazei, 2 km from the centre of Pera di Fassa, 500 m from the centre of Mazzin, in a quiet, sunny position, along the wooded area, 2 km from the skiing area. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, heating available only from 01.Dec. - 01.May.. In Winter: please take snow chains. Stepped path (3 steps) to the house. Parking at the house, public parking on the road. Bus stop 500 m. Chair lift 2 km, ski rental 2 km, ski bus stop 500 m, children's ski school 2 km.
