Beautifully refurbished and ideally located in the town centre, with the magical Lappish forest close by.

The main building houses the reception, bar, and restaurant, with all bedrooms in nearby buildings. Breakfasts and dinners are served in the hotel’s inviting restaurant, which offers a warm, cosy atmosphere.

Please note: Guests at Wilderness Hotel Kieppi will enjoy an extra evening dining in the hotel’s cosy new restaurant in place of the Festive Dinner.

Each room features an en-suite with shower, complimentary toiletries, and a hairdryer, plus a kettle for warming drinks and free Wi-Fi to keep you connected.

Wilderness Rooms (Type A) SLEEPS 2-3

These rooms are 25m² and have either a double bed or twin beds, and then there's space for a single put up bed for a child (under 12 years). There's an en-suite with a shower and toiletries.

Superior Rooms (Type B) SLEEPS 2-4

These bedrooms have a double bed and then a double sofa bed, which is suitable for children. The double sofa bed is in a separate lounge area. There's an en-suite with a shower and toiletries.

Spread across the Iisakkipää and Kaunispää fells, the ski area is modestly-sized, with 6 ski lifts taking you up to 15 slopes. The bus is quite regular and does drop-offs at the top of the slopes and the base. From the base, one chairlift takes you to the top of Kaunispää (the rest of the lifts are T bars).
