Embrace the warmth of a traditional Lappish log cabin in the heart of Saariselkä. Snuggle by the fire after days filled with snowy adventures, husky sleigh rides, and snowmobiling. Choose from three cosy cabin sizes in two charming buildings, Hirvas and Teerenpesa, each crafted in the traditional Lappish round-log style.

Both the Hirvas and Teerenpesa buildings are in the centre of Saariselkä and around a 5 minute walk to Santa's Holiday Club, which is where you will have both breakfast and buffet dinner. The Festive Dinner will be held in Santa’s Hotel Tunturi, which is another short walk from the cabins, on the last evening of your holiday.

Both of our Lapland holiday packages include a reindeer ride, sledging with huskies, tobogganing, lots of snowy activities like snow hockey and mini skidoos, and a private visit with Santa. On our Santa’s Aurora package, your activity centre is exclusive to our Santa’s Aurora families and you’ll have an additional wilderness dinner, a visit to Santa's Elves Workshop and a longer husky ride and a snowmobile safari.

Teerenpesa One Bedroom Apartment (Type A)SLEEPS 2-4

This cabin has twin beds and a sliding door that leads onto the open plan kitchen and lounge. The lounge has a sofa bed that's perfect for 2 children. The bathroom has a shower and a 2-person whirlpool. There's a communal sauna and the cabin will have a dedicated hour-long time slot.

Hirvas Two Bedroom Apartment (Type B) SLEEPS 4-6

This cabin has 2 twin bedrooms and an open plan kitchen and lounge area, which also has a sofa bed for 2 children. The bathroom has a shower and toilet, along with another separate toilet. There's a private sauna and a terrace with an outdoor whirlpool.

Teerenpesa One Bedroom & Alcove Apartment (Type C) SLEEPS 4-6

This cabin has one double bedroom and a double bed in the alcove (that's separated from the lounge by a curtain). The open plan kitchen and lounge area has an additional sofa bed. The main bedroom has an en-suite with shower. The main bathroom has a shower and toilet, along with a separate toilet. There's a large private sauna and an outdoor terrace with a 5-person whirlpool.
