It’s just a minutes’ walk across the bottom of the piste to the Kekec chairlift and the Mojica 1 draglift, both of which are floodlit on certain evenings. If you’d rather be eating and drinking once the sun goes down, then walk those few minutes the other direction to be right in the thick of it, with your choice of restaurants, bars and shops.
Formerly the Hotel Larix, the Ramada Resort sits in a fantastic location - simply step out of the hotel and you're right at the bottom of the slopes, next to the ski school meeting point.
Rooms are stylish and high-quality, full of wood and subtle tones. Many have balconies and most give great views out over the Julian Alps. Everyone can enjoy the Aqua Larix complex, with a large indoor pool and separate kids pool with slides. There’s also the Vita Spa, where for a small extra charge you can relax in the hot tubs and saunas, or book a massage and beauty treatment.
In the Restaurant Larix there's a hot and cold buffet breakfast each morning to fuel yourself up for a day on the slopes. Then dine on 4-course buffet meals each evening, with a choice of all courses. You’ll even be treated to a weekly Slovenian themed dinner.
There’s a comfortable lounge bar to relax in afterwards, with free entrance to the in-house casino if you’re feeling lucky. If the children are still up, then there’s well-equipped playroom and games arcade to keep them entertained.

•Family fun •Easy Skiing •Beautiful scenery
Endearing architecture joins beautiful lakes, Limestone Mountains and far-ranging rivers here near the meeting of the Italian, Austrian and Slovenian Alps, but Kransjka’s much more than a pretty face. You’ll also find a world championship slalom and one of the world’s first ski jumps to pit yourself against, while terrific tuition and forgiving slopes make this a solid choice for a first time trip with the brood.
Great for •families •Beginners •Quiet Holidays
