On the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny position, 900 m from the lake, 2.2 km from the beach, 33 km from the skiing area, located by a road. For shared use: garden 150 m2 (fenced). In the house: central heating system. Parking at the house. Shop 400 m, supermarket 900 m, restaurant, bus stop 400 m, railway station 4 km, outdoor swimming pool 1.5 km, indoor swimming pool 900 m, swimming bay 3.7 km. Golf course 3.5 km, tennis 3.7 km, cable car 31 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lake Bled 900 m.

Then there’s the glacial lake that surrounds it – deep blue in the summer and frosty white in the winter. Not forgetting the mountains that surround the lake, the Julian Alps with their forested foothills and jagged peaks. The Straža chairlift was the first in Slovenia, and opened in 1954 after WWII – a decade later it was joined by the rope tow on Mala Straža. Both have been replaced since to keep up with the latest technology. Straža hill is fitted with snow cannons and floodlights for good quality skiing day and night.
