When morning rolls around, the buffet breakfast sets you up with hot picks like eggs, bacon and waffles, or you can go for the usual cereals, yoghurts and pastries. The Elgen Restaurant’s the real deal when it comes to trying out local Dalarna dishes – everything from deer to foraged mushrooms and wild berries.
