Single garage (extra), public parking on the road. Supermarket 100 m, restaurant, bar 200 m. Chair lift 700 m, ski bus stop 50 m.

This is the ideal place to ski the famously beautiful Sella Ronda circuit, which is skiable in a day. Some of the descents are quite difficult, so the circuit is probably best avoided by beginners, but experienced skiers will have an absolute whale of a time.
