Close to the lifts

Hotel Villa Rosella is just 150 metres from the Alba Ciampac gondola which gives you access to skiing on the Colac mountain.

Accessing the Sellaronda circuit is easy too, with the Alba Col di Rossi cable car 150 metres from the hotel door. From here you can experience some of the most incredible Dolomite mountain views.

Penia is a small peaceful town with a couple of great local restaurants and cafes to try. If you are looking for more hustle and bustle, catch the bus into Canazei which has bars and shops a-plenty. There is with a bus stop directly outside the hotel with a regular service into Canazei for a small local charge.

Italian dishes

Val di Fassa cuisine is the perfect mix of Austrian and Italian food. You can expect classic Italian pizza and pasta dishes with a Tyrolean twist. On Wednesdays the hotel hosts Tyrolean evening, where you can try some of the region's best dishes including a grappa tasting.

The local wine here is excellent too and is a great addition to your four course evening meal.

An Italian ski holiday wouldn't be complete without some pampering. The hotel has you covered with a sauna, Turkish bath, hot tub and sensory shower. Access to the spa is €15 per visit and includes slippers, bathrobes and towel.
