Hotel Phoenix is in the quiet Wiesti area of Zermatt, but you're still close to all the action. The Sunnegga Express gondola is a couple of minutes’ walk away, so you'll be up on the slopes in no time. And if you fancy exploring the resort centre – with its shops, bars and places to eat – that's only seven to eight minutes on foot.

After a day of skiing, you can unwind next door at the Alpen Resort & Spa. For a small extra charge, you'll have access to the pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, sauna and steam room – perfect for a post-piste pamper. Back at the hotel, you'll start each day with a hot and cold breakfast buffet. Then in the evenings, there are loads of places nearby serving everything from local Swiss dishes to sushi and so much more. Prefer to keep things simple? Upgrade to half board and tuck into evening meals served at the Hotel Alpen Resort & Spa, 10 minutes' stroll away.
