The Plan Bois, a simple and traditional hotel, is located in a prime position, just a 2-minute walk to the Leisse chairlift. And snow depending, it's possible to ski right back to the hotel. The resort centre is about a 10-minute walk with a couple of bars and restaurants to enjoy at lunch or straight from the slopes.

As you walk in, you're greeted by a cosy open plan lounge with wooden beams, an open fireplace and a traditional bar area – grab an Italian aperitif before dinner. Mealtimes are in the hotel's dining room. Enjoy a continental buffet breakfast of cheeses, breads and cereal before hitting the slopes. In the evenings, dig into a 3-course meal with a salad bar, think cheeses, local meats and polenta.

The rooms are spacious and all you need when you're out skiing all day. Plus, they each have a private balcony to take in the mountain views in the mornings. When you're not out skiing, make the most of the sauna.
