You're surrounded by picturesque mountains at the Majarei, a popular stay which is tucked away on the outskirts of San Vigilio. The local ski bus is just a minute's walk from the hotel and only takes seven minutes to get to the main lift in the village, so you'll feel well connected when it's piste o'clock.

The hotel has been family-run since 1979, and the warm and welcoming atmosphere makes it a super relaxing spot to return to after a day on the mountain. The traditional bedrooms are modern and spacious, all with balconies and good facilities. And downstairs, you'll find the chilled-out reading and TV room, the lounge-bar area, as well as a kids' play area to keep any little ones entertained.

The owners are especially proud of the hotel's cuisine, which is a cut above what you might expect from a 3-star stay. Using high-quality locally sourced ingredients, the menu features a mix of local Ladin and Tyrolean specialities, which you'll savour over five courses every evening. A delicious buffet breakfast spread awaits you each morning to kick the day off the right way.
