The hotel's architecture and furnishings are based on the traditional local style with wooden flooring and a warm colour palate, allowing for plenty of natural daylight and making for a homely environment. Guests can enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi and tea and coffee provisions in-room and relax with a Thai massages. The in-house restaurant serves authentic regional dishes made from local ingredients, such as fresh river trout and cep mushrooms, while the pub offers a selection of local beers and wines. Bled has to be one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever seen. First off, there’s tiddly Bled Island, where a cluster of buildings and trees huddle under a tall Gothic church. The Straža chairlift was the first in Slovenia, and opened in 1954 after WWII – a decade later it was joined by the rope tow on Mala Straža.
