The Hotel Kreuz & Post is a long standing property in Grindelwald and is known for its fantastic four star service. The family-run hotel is located just 100 metres from the train station with access to the whole Jungfrau Ski Region. The hotel is part of the Swiss Tourist Boards Swisstainable initiative, which promotes more sustainable travel.As well as offering locally sourced food and drink, the hotel has on-site renewable electricity sources and some of the lowest carbon emissions in our swiss programme.
Food is important on any holiday, and staying here you can look forward to delicious evening meals featuring regional and international specialities prepared with local produce including herbs from their own garden. The chefs are proud to offer fresh and seasonal Swiss products, with a menu featuring some lovely dishes from the Bernese Oberland. The hotel has a fantastic wine menu, speak to the sommelier for their recommendations of wines which pair nicely with your meal.
If you are looking to sample some classic Swiss dishes the Challistübli is the place to be, serving regional specialities in a traditional and rustic setting, a meal here is worth paying the extra. The Challistübli is not included in the half board offering, book and pay locally.
After a day of snowy adventures in the Jungfrau, head to the Apero Bar for an aperitif. There's plenty of seating and it looks out over the Eiger North Face, making it the perfect spot to plan your ski routes for the following day.

You can enjoy fantastic views over the mountains from the sky deck relaxation area.
