Run by the Cova family since 1895, the Hotel Falken is the most historic hotel in Wengen. This welcoming hotel is set in a quiet garden just above the resort centre. The hotel enjoys fantastic views of the village, the Lauterbrunnen valley and the stunning Jungfrau. The bedrooms beautifully retain the traditional features and style.

Just so you know, the hotel’s celebrating its 125th anniversary with a gala dinner on 23 December 2020, where a black tie dress code is mandatory. It costs £133 per person if you’d like to attend – just add the optional extra at the time of booking. If you don’t want to attend, your evening meal would still be included and would be taken at the Da Sina Pizzeria Restaurant, which is a 10-minute walk from the hotel.
