Overview - hotel description - Hotel Cesa Tyrol - Canazei description

Hotel Cesa Tyrol is a family-run hotel with smart, alpine interiors. The Soraruf family have been welcoming guests here for over 40 years and their experience shows in the care and attention they give from the moment you step inside. It's in a quiet and panoramic position, less than ten minutes' walk to the centre of Canazei, close enough for a few drinks in town but away from any commotion. The Pecol gondola is a little further on and hotel runs a free shuttle to and from the lifts, so you'll have easy access to the fantastic ski area. There's also a bus stop 100 metres away, if you want to explore the other towns of the Val di Fassa.

Rooms at the hotel are modern, bright and comfortable with lovely views of the Dolomite mountains. They all have balconies, but the Junior Suites are south facing, so upgrade if you want to make the most of the sunshine.

You'll be well looked after here, with a sumptuous buffet breakfast and delicious four course evening meals. They have a different menu each day and choices of regional and national Italian dishes. You won't go hungry here. They also have a themed gala dinner, with live music once a week.

The hotel has plenty of activities for you to enjoy when you're not out on the mountains. There's the spa where you can relax and soothe tired muscles in the Finnish sauna, steam room, kneipp bath or you can enjoy the new outdoor panoramic whirlpool. There's also a games room with table tennis and darts and, one of our favourite parts of the hotel, the two lane bowling alley (payable locally). There's a nice little bar down here too, so you can enjoy a drink as you play.
