Location - where is Dr Holms

· right by the resort centre, just 100m from the heart of the village · ski lifts 200m away · ski school 200m away but the ski shuttle bus picks up from right outside the hotel if you don’t want to walk

Please note: Over the Christmas and New Year period this is a popular hotel with a lively atmosphere which can create a bit of noise.

For many this is the hotel to stay at in Geilo - a historic place and renowned for top service and cuisine. The location is flawless, just a few minutes’ walk to the slopes and ski lift, plus right in the heart of the village. But you’ll struggle to leave the hotel with the huge range of facilities ranging from a swimming pool to bowling alley, and its selection of places to have a drink. There’s a lively après ski pub as well as a relaxed, informal lounge area which is absolutely huge. It’s a great place to relax and unwind with a G&T after a day skiing perfect corduroy.

Separate kids ski areas provide an environment for tots to learn safely away from the crowds, and with different areas linked by a ski bus there’s plenty to explore.
