Are you looking for a comfortable and welcoming base for your ski holiday in the Dolomites? Chalet Nëidia in Selva di Val Gardena is the perfect starting point to explore the world-famous Val Gardena ski area. The chalet enjoys a quiet location at the entrance of the Vallunga valley, yet the famous Sellaronda ski circuit and the ski lifts of Selva are only a short walk away. Depending on availability, you can book Chalet Nëidia either as a private chalet or reserve an individual room.

Catered Chalet Nëidia is ideal for groups and larger families. With nine double rooms and two triple rooms, it can accommodate up to 24 guests. Each room is bright and tastefully furnished, featuring its own bathroom. Many rooms also offer a private balcony with stunning views of the snow-covered Dolomites, the perfect place to relax after a day of skiing or snowboarding.

Your stay is offered on a bed and breakfast basis. A daily three-course dinner is not included, but the many cosy restaurants and authentic mountain huts in Selva and Val Gardena are within easy reach, where you can savour the delicious South Tyrolean cuisine. Each morning, a generous breakfast will be prepared for you by your personal chalet hosts. Freshly baked bread, regional products and a good cup of coffee provide the perfect start to an active day on the slopes. During your stay, you will also enjoy a convivial pizza evening and a traditional fondue night in the chalet. After a full day on the pistes, it’s the perfect way to dine together in a homely atmosphere. All drinks consumed in the chalet throughout the day are included. So you can enjoy unlimited coffee, tea, soft drinks, beer and wine in the comfort of your own chalet.

After an active day on the mountain, you can easily store your equipment in the ski room. Free parking is also available at the chalet. With its blend of comfort, hospitality and a prime location, Chalet Nëidia is a fantastic choice for families, groups of friends and all winter sports enthusiasts wanting to enjoy the charm of the Dolomites. All drinks consumed in the chalet throughout the day are included.

We offer babysitting services. During the winter season, we have experienced babysitters stationed in the Alps. If you wish to make use of this service, our babysitters will come to your chalet to take care of the children between 1 and 5 years old. They look after the children, nourish them and entertain them. The babysitting service is available for a minimum of 3 half-days per stay and a maximum of 10 sessions. The costs are Euro 75.00 per session (3 hrs, with a maximum of 4 children per babysitter). The babysitter can be arranged at the time of booking. We offer this service in our low season weeks.

You will be able to ski carefree for 4 mornings and 1 full day per week while your children are taken care of by one of our nannies. In a separate play area, your children can watch Disney movies, make drawings and play with several toys. In the garden surrounding the chalets, they can build a snowman and go for a ride on the sled.

During the day the children receive various healthy snacks and drinks. For dinner, there is a special children's menu which is served at 6:00 p.m. When the little ones are sound asleep, you can enjoy your three-course dinner.

In our child-friendly chalets the following extras are included:
