Nestled in the exclusive resort of Verbier, Chalet Bavaria is a standalone chalet set out over four spacious floors, accommodating 10+2 guests in six comfortable bedrooms. This beautiful alpine home is located just minutes' drive from Place Centrale and the main lift station.

The top floor of the chalet is dedicated to the double master bedroom, where expansive windows flood the space with natural light. This retreat features a well-appointed desk and an exquisite en-suite with his and hers sinks and a hammam shower. The room exudes a wonderful feel, perfectly blending rustic charm and contemporary design.

Venture downstairs to the main floor, where the airy open-plan space boasts a large living, dining, and kitchen area. The living space is warm and inviting, thanks to the wood-burning fireplace, the true centerpiece of this room. Sink into plush seating, challenge yourself to a duel at the chess table, or unwind in the snug TV nook tailor-made for intimate family movie nights. The entire space emits a comforting ambiance that effortlessly draws friends and family together.

Step through a discreet door to the south-facing balcony, revealing a panoramic canvas of breathtaking views down the valley.

The dining area, accommodating 10 guests, is illuminated with a statement lampshade chandelier. In the evenings, the rustic charm of the table and chairs, highlighted by the warm glow of candlelight, sets a wonderful atmosphere. Adjacent, you will find the open plan kitchen that oversees this entire space.

Moving downstairs, discover a spacious double bedroom with a TV and an en-suite bathroom with his and hers sinks. Additionally you’ll find two well-appointed twin bedrooms and a children's bunk room (sleeping 2 children). The 3 bedrooms share two separate shower rooms. All bedrooms are bright and airy, and the bathrooms have been beautifully designed with mosaic-style tiles and exquisite gold fixtures, truly enhancing the character of this remarkable property.

This floor houses a quaint library/TV room, perfect for cozying up with a good book.

On the ground floor, a serene spa unfolds, featuring a sauna, a rejuvenating plunge pool, and a relaxation area—a haven for revitalization after a day on the mountain. Connected seamlessly to the spa, the spacious outdoor hot tub sets the scene for a sunset soak.

A wine cellar with its own small bar awaits, offering an ideal setting for wine-tasting evenings. Please note the wine in the wine cellar is not available for sale.

This level also hosts a double bunk bedroom, sleeping 2 guests, with an en-suite shower room. There is also a guest WC, and a private laundry room on this floor. A ski room, perfectly equipped with heated boot warmers and ample storage for your outerwear completes this floor.

The shared garage is accessed via a lift situated just outside the chalet, a mere 10 meters from the front door.
