For shared use: well-kept terraced garden with meadow. Arbour, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (swing). In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. Parking on the premises. Grocery 1.2 km, restaurant 1.2 km, bus stop 100 m, railway station "Bolzano" 45 km, indoor swimming pool 4.7 km.
