Motor access to 150 m from the house. Public parking 150 m. Shop 150 m, supermarket 170 m. Mountain railway, ski lift, slopes 350 m. The apartment is located in a zone with limited traffic. Access to the house until 9 am, between 1 pm and 3 pm and after 8 pm. There is no access to the Via Villaggio Alpino at all other times.
