No Whistler property has better ski-in, ski-out access than the Blackcomb Springs Suites – right on the side of Blackcomb Mountain, you can pick up your gear from the in-house Whistler Blackcomb ski hire shop, pop on your skis in the morning and off you go.
The property itself is charming. As you walk in you'll notice the huge rustic chandelier that hangs from the ceiling in the lobby – have a closer look and you'll see its finer details including numerous fir trees that run along the outside. This wilderness theme carries on throughout the lobby with wooden beams that run along the ceiling and lots of paintings of bears dotted along its walls. It has a real cosy feel, and the rooms do too. Each room comes with a fully-equipped kitchen, a lounge with a fireplace and a balcony, some overlooking the pool and the slopes – just right if you fancy an evening in. And every floor has a washing machine and dryer, so you can freshen up your socks and thermals.
The pool and hot tubs are slopeside and there's also has a shop selling sweets and treats for when you're feeling a little peckish. You’re a little further from Whistler Village, but it’s still easy to get there on the free regular shuttle bus which runs until 1am. And the quiet surroundings mean you're sure to get a good nights sleep.
