If you are after five star luxury, look no further, the Adler Spa Resort Dolomiti is one of the region's best. It's stunning throughout, with its classy interiors giving it a sophisticated feel. Service standards are high and the hotel team will do anything and everything they can to make your stay memorable. It's only 200 metres form the Seceda lift, a decent walk to stretch the legs or you can hop on the free resort bus.
The state of the art and extensive spa, gym and wellness facilities make for almost endless relaxation opportunities. Imagine yourself floating on water with your eyes closed in a salt cave with relaxing music which can be heard under the water, or lie back in the hotels massive sauna and look out the window at the outdoor snowy surrounding. Our favourite, definitely getting up from the sun lounger on the wooden decking and slowly walking down the steps into the outdoor heated pool, propping yourself up at the side of the pool and look up at the snowy mountains while breathing in the fresh mountain air, truly bliss.
After a great days skiing and lovely afternoon relaxing, the day is certainly not done yet. Dinner is a delightful experience with as much effort going into sourcing great quality ingredients, as it is in the cooking and presentation of all five courses served. Two or three times a week during dinner you are treated to live music, really adding a touch of class to your holiday. After indulging in some fantastic food, head to the bar for a nightcap and enjoy the live piano music before heading to bed.

•Amazing scenery •Charming village •Italian & Austrian influence
We love the mix of Austrian and Italian influence that you find throughout Ortisei. It’s the main town in the amazing Val Gardena and famous for its pastel coloured buildings, it’s also the prettiest. Ski blissfully uncrowded slopes in the presence of the craggy Dolomite peaks and round the day off with the food and wine that Italy does so well.
Great for •Families •Après ski •Groups
