Top places to visit in Antigua & Barbuda in May

Some of our favourite things to do in Antigua & Barbuda are climbing Mt. Obama to see the spectacular views across the island, snorkelling in the crystal-clear water and kayaking through the mangroves and rum tasting.

May is the perfect month to explore the beautiful crystal-clear waters with a snorkelling trip to Stingray City. You can take a five-minute boat trip off Antigua's East coast, a shallow pool with a sandy bottom surrounded by vibrant corals and friendly southern stingrays. Depending on how brave you feel, you can stand, swim or snorkel with them (don’t touch them!) An exhilarating trip that is highly popular and is recommended in May.
