This review is for the Swandor hotel and resort. I arrived here on the 17th April 2024 and was totally blown away by the beautiful hotel overall look of the resort I must say this has by far the best place I have been in my entire life. I was greeted by your beautiful and friendly great guest relations team. Who help me to locate every thing I needed help with, they were quiet knowledgeable, caring, helpful they made me feel very special. I came as result of my 60th birthday and this has been the best birthday gift from my husband of 33 years of marriage. Thank you guys for a wonderful holiday resort Awesome place to visit. I couldn’t pay enough for the experience I received. Definitely more than 5 star for me. Thanks to the ladies in the egna spas especially Kristina my massage lady she was great at her job loved every moment of it Awesome Awesome. Thank again Love Love Love Will definitely recommend the Swandor hotel and resort. I am going to bring my entire family back in September 2024

Absolutely amazing holiday! From the minute we got there, the greeting, the communication about our stay, the food and especially the drinks (because us brits enjoy a good drink don't we haha) were amazing. The sensational service from Haci Ali Şef who I assume is one of the bar managers, made us feel like royalty and I hope our appreciation is personally passed onto him. All the other bar staff are so kind and polite and a select couple we could have a real good time with. But when we come back to antalya, we will 100% be coming back to this hotel for the food, the drinks, the location but most importantly the service. I will absolutely recommend to anyone who asks where to stay. Can't praise the place or staff enough🫶🏻🙌🏻

We were very happy with the service in the restaurant and Mahmadsidiq was very positive and helpful. The personal is always asking if there is anything else in need. We felt that people in the organization are happy and enjoying to serve the customers. We will come back again to swandor.

Very poor experience, air conditioning not working and mediocre food.

The checkin experience was less than ideal. No warm reception or genuine hospitality. It was really as if the staff didn’t care. We had specifically wanted air conditioning in the rooms. We found that the air conditioning wasn’t working. When we enquired, they told us that 900 rooms did not have air conditioning as of that justifies the situation. We had booked the superior suite and we were on the top floor which made the room quite stuffy. We requested guest relations for fans, they said they would look in to it and never came back to us. The food was really mediocre. During the entire stay, there was not one dish that wowed us. The most average food we had on our entire Turkey trip. They offered us an al a carte dinner. Again it was a very poor experience. The reception at the restaurant was less than enthusiastic. The plates were very dirty, we asked them to replace it and they brought even dirtier plates… visibly dirty, you could see a layer of dirt. They then told us we were late so they will bring all the food at once, we didn’t object. They didn’t offer us drinks or dessert. But as we were leaving we saw other customers with much more elaborate spreads and not being rushed through their meal like we were, why we were treated differently, am not sure. Maybe because we were not white / European. Overall a very average experience. I wouldn’t stay here even if they paid me to stay here!!
