“This city hotel is located on the beautiful and longest beach in Antalya. Property and rooms are totally renovated in 2020. The city center can be reached in approximately 10 minutes via public transport and Antalya Airport is 30 km away. The air-conditioned hotel, located directly on the beach, offers guests a choice of different facilities and room types, including luxury rooms, with magnificent views of the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains. The health and wellbeing of our guests is our top priority. Property is appropriate for hygiene regulations. Guests will lack nothing in this establishment. All rooms are adequately equipped to ensure a comfortable stay and feature a balcony or terrace and individually regulated air conditioning and heating. Jermaine at valet parking is superior. Helped me with wheelchair and escorted me to Parkwwod Cafe for business meeting. Pleasant, efficient and helpful. Alone with wheelchair in new environment is daunting when handling elevators and multiple floors.

We have been at The Crowne Plaza hotel for the past week and have found all the staff extremely friendly and helpful. We would like to make a special mention of the Guest Relation RIM who helped us deal with any problems. RIM went above and beyond to deal with everything and made our stay more comfortable. The rooms were spacious and clean with a wonderful view . We will surely be back again.

We stayed at The Crowne Plaza hotel for 10 days last November and found all the staff extremely friendly and helpful. We would like to make a special mention of the Guest Relations Team who helped us to organise trips and deal with any problems. Thank you Fonde, Rim and Yasin. The quality of the food was excellent and we enjoyed the roof top bar. The rooms were spacious and clean with a wonderful view overlooking the sea front.

Hotel is clean and services are what one would expect from a premier hotel. Very professional and well organised. The staff are outstanding! Namely, a duty manager Serkant, the security team member Necla and guest services representative Funda who made the stay and ability to navigate the city all the more easy and enjoyable! They are highly professional and dedicated to making the experience enjoyable for all. I would highly recommend these people and this hotel, as a result, to families and for business stays. You will not be disappointed!
