Selva ski chalet holidays

Not many Italian resorts have ski chalets as readily available as Selva, so it’s a good idea to make use of the ones here!

Chalet Soldanella and Chalet Salvan are probably both in the dictionary under ‘wonderfully located’. The best thing about a catered chalet holiday is that homely feeling when you return at the end of an active day. You don’t have to worry about cooking for the family or entertaining the rest of your party as that’s all taken care for you. Chalet Soldanella is great if you are travelling with a large group as it sleeps up to 26. It’s well positioned with the nearest slope 50m away and the 3 minute walk to town will land you in the midst of the restaurants when it’s the Chalet host’s night off. Chalet Salvan is a little further to the lift but only by a minute or two. You will have to negotiate a small steep hill but you do have the usual afternoon tea and evening meal to reboot your energy stores (it also means the area is nice and quiet!). Sleeping up to 14 you could always fill it out, or if there are only a few of you it’s highly likely you’ll make a few friends.
