Location: where is Residence Éléna

The residence building is located a 2 minutes' walk to Les Houches centre and 8 kilometres from Chamonix resort centre.

It is 600 metres to the nearest ski slope (Piste verte des Houches) and 400 metres to the nearest cable car (Télécabine de Bellevue).

The apartment building is also located 350 metres from the closest supermarket called Carrefour Contact.

Thess 4 star apartments in Residence Éléna are located in the heart of Les Houches, just outside of Chamonix. The property allows you to appreciate the beauty of the resort and Mont Blanc and the apartments are finished to a high standard with a modern, alpine design.

Perfect for families

Having been awarded the Family Plus Label, Residence Éléna welcomes you and your family and has lots of services on offer. For families with young children, the residence provides baby kits upon request - these include a range of items to make your holiday run smoothly including baby baths, pushchairs, cots, baby phones and more.

The apartment building also has designated spaces designed for children. The children's play area and paddling pool are great ways to entertain the little ones when you're not out exploring the resort. There are also opportunities for children to make friends and play together with a range of games, colouring books, puzzles and toys. You can even rent and take board games to your apartment, so you can enjoy a fun packed evening after dinner with family and friends.

Bar and lounge

The communal bar and lounge creates a warm and cosy space for you to enjoy after an active day in the snow. The arm chairs and sofas are accompanied by a large open fireplace that represents anauthentic Savoy-Mont Blanc ambience. You can either warm up with a hot chocolate or a coffee, or socialise with a glass of wine.

Spa and wellness facilities

The indoor heated swimming pool sits across from floor to ceiling windows - so you can still appreciate the view whilst relaxing in the warmth. After a swim, take a moment to sit in the steam room, with humidity levels of 90% and set between 40-50 degrees Celsius, there is no better way to clear your lungs and replenish your muscles ready for another day on the mountain, and don't forget to take a dip in the Nordic bath after to really allow your circulation to work it's magic!
