67 m2. More information by the provider: 2 room apartment (67sqm) on the ground floor of an apartment house in Gstaad. Laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer for common use are available in the basement. Quiet and sunny location close to the Eggli cable car. About 10 minutes from the car free centre. Ski bus stop in front of the house (only in winter).2 room apartment. Living- and dining room with cabinet bed (2 beds, 2x85x195cm). 1 bedroom with 2 pushed together single beds (2x90x200cm). Small separate kitchen among other things furnished with coffee machine with capsules (Nespresso) as well as a fondue- and raclette-set. Bathroom with bathtub and toilet. WiFi.INCLUSIVE: Electricity, heating, water, 1 uncovered parking space, WiFi, bathroom and kitchen towels, bed linen (initial supply), final cleaning as well as visitor's tax. EXCLUSIVE: Telephone calls, Capsules for the Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee. Pets (CHF 7.00 per day), have to be paid directly to the keyholder. Washing machine (CHF 5.00 per wash), tumble dryer (CHF 3.00 per wash). ***There is a deposit fee of CHF/EUR 200.00 to pay directly in cash to the keyholder at the arrival*** ***Pets welcome*** Important: Please note that in most of the properties only one pet (usually one dog) is allowed.
