50 m2. More information by the provider: 2-room apartment (50sqm) on the ground floor of a chalet built in 2003. Very quiet and sunny location. 20 minutes walking distance to the centre of Gstaad. Furnished terrace. Parking space. A perfect starting point for hiking, biking tours and skiing. The apartment has a limited wheelchair accessibility (the space between the front of the toilet bowl and the wall is not at least 100cm and a space of at least 75cm is not provided next to the toilet bowl). On request the washing machine is available in the basement.Bedroom with one double bed (100x200cm) plus one extra bed (90x200cm), small wardrobe in the bedroom and direct access to shower/toilet. Open-plan kitchen equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, oven, coffe machine with capsules (Nespresso) as well as a raclette- et fondue-set. Living room with chimney, TV (satellite), DVD player, cd-player, dining table, sofa. WiFi. A telephone is not installed (mainlines existent)! Baby cot (100x150cm) incl. bed linen and highchair available.INCLUSIVE: electricity, heating, car parking, water, WiFi, firewood (incl. wood supply for first-time firing), highchair, bed linen, bathroom and kitchen towels (initial supply) as well as final cleaning and visitor's tax. EXCLUSIVE: Washing machine against extra payment. Capsules for the Nespresso coffee machine. Baby cot (100x150cm) incl. bed linen CHF 30.00 per stay. All extras have to be paid directly to the owner. ***Pets welcome*** Important: Please note that in most of the properties only one pet (usually one dog) is allowed.
