Rauris: Modern, comfortable apartment block "Carpe Solem by Alps Resorts", 7 storeys. 500 m from the centre of Rauris, in a sunny position, directly by the skiing area. For shared use: indoor pool heated. Terrace. In the house: reception, sauna, massage (extra). Infrared sauna, relaxation room, spa area, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, bicycle rental. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house, communal covered parking (extra). Grocery, restaurant, bar 500 m, outdoor swimming pool 2.4 km. Skisport facilities, ski school 10 m. Nearby attractions: Goldwaschplatz Heimalm. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Rauris. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Goldegger See 13 km, Zeller See 18 km. The holiday properties may differ in living space, floorplan, equipment and furnishing. ATTENTION Hohe Tauern Sommercard included, valid during your stay between 01.05.-31.10. One TOP attraction every day for free, such as the Großglockner High Alpine Road (day ticket), Krimml Waterfalls, mountain railways in the region, outdoor pools and bathing lakes PLUS free use of public transport from Krimml to the Rauris Valley. In winter (December to mid-April) Winter National Park Card included! Underground car park (max. height up to 2.10 meters).

The Hochalm area (accessible via the Hochalmbahn gondola from village centre) is ideal for beginners, the nursery slopes are directly by the gondola station allowing easy access to the slopes. This is a great place to experience some typical Austrian après ski; whilst it is nowhere near as lively as the nearby resort of Zell am See, there’s still plenty going on. A great place to start is Heimalm: a lovely mountain hut where beautiful panoramic views and a fun atmosphere create a winning combination. Night owls can continue the party in the Shakesbeer pub until early in hours; they don’t have set closing times and can stay open until all the party-goers hang up their dancing shoes.
