For shared use: large, well-kept garden 1'000 m2, lawn for sunbathing. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use). Linen change weekly (suppl. charge extra). Bread roll service.
