In the resort Pozza di Fassa, 41 km from the centre of Bolzano/Bozen, 83 km from the centre of Trento, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, in a cul-de-sac. In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Parking at the house on the premises. Grocery 400 m, supermarket 1.9 km, restaurant 1 km, indoor swimming pool 10 km. Ski lift 200 m, skisport facilities 500 m, ski bus stop 200 m. Nearby attractions: Pista Aloch 200 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Pozza di Fassa/Buffaure (Sella Ronda) 500 m, Pera di Fassa/Vajolet (Catinaccio) 1.7 km, Moena/Alpe Lusia 10 km.
