In the hamlet Trepalle, 7.5 km from the centre of Livigno, 30 km from the centre of Bormio, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 300 m from the skiing area, south facing position. Parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, indoor swimming pool 9.7 km. Ski lift 1 km, chair lift 1 km, ski bus stop 500 m. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The owner lives on the same property.
